SHIPPING
We do not ship to the States of Utah and South Dakota, or Internationally at this time.

Most orders placed before 11:59 AM in the Arizona time zone (Mountain Time Zone) will be shipped out the same day excluding holidays and weekends. If an order is placed after 11:59 AM Mountain Time Zone the package(s) will be sent out the next possible business day. If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend your package will go out the next possible shipping date.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED:
All packages will require a signature of someone over the age of 21 when cigars are being delivered.

In accordance with Senate Bill 39, an adult signature is required for shipments containing tobacco products to California residents. Senate Bill 39 also requires us to give California residents a telephone call to confirm the order, after 5:00 P.M. PST.

All of our shipping methods have a flat rate of $9.95. A tracking number will be provided to you if available from the carrier.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use USPS or UPS as our carriers for most orders.

TAXES / TERMS
Taxes do vary from state to state. Any taxes that are incurred outside of the state of Arizona are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your accountant or tax advisor for specification on what is necessary to report on your own tax returns.

Your purchase will be taxed in accordance with Arizona tax codes if the purchase is made within the state of Arizona, your payment method is based in Arizona or your shipping method is based in Arizona.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may return most unopened items within 14 days (two weeks) of delivery for a full refund provided they have been humidified during that time. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we will arrange for return shipping. If this is not the case, it is your responsibility to ship the product back to us. Please contact us to discuss your situation. If you have requested a refund and it has been approved, expect to receive your refund within 14 days (two weeks) of handing over your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit/shipping time to us from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes our merchant to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
